“Lightning over the Wichitas” This burst of lightning literally took about 8 seconds to develop. It started to my east, crawled around to my south and southwest, then shot northeast overhead while fanning out over part of the Wichita Mountains. East of Altus, Oklahoma - May 2006.

-This large wedge tornado was photographed June 20, 2011 on a chase with Jay Antle, about 10 miles north of Hill City, Kansas. This tornado occurred rather early in the afternoon, the beginning of what would be a fairly decent regional tornado outbreak across southern Nebraska.

Another cold season photo. Oct 5, 2011. Was lucky enough to visit Bryce Canyon NP after a rare early season 8″ snow. God how I love southern Utah.
