My best tornado of 2015, the Elmer, OK EF-2 on May 16, 2015. Heavily rain-wrapped, you wouldn’t have been able to see it at this point from the south-southeast. I should have maintained this position, instead I went east, got into some giant hail, bailed south, hit a dip in the road and wrecked my car! Had to get a tow, then wait for some friends to pick us up and take us back to Indiana. To add insult to injury, my windshield-mounted camcorder that was centered on the tornado right here wasn’t recording! Hoping for better luck in 2016!
