Follow David “Elephant Trunk”. A beautiful “Elephant Trunk” Tornado races due East along state highway 34 in Aurora Nebraska as storm chasers watch it approach. Rated an EF2 tornado in Aurora Nebraska, the same day as my last B&W post June 17th, 2009. My first great tornado photo. In the detail note the barn about to be destroyed by the tornado and the 2 storage units on the right were wiped out. I had an order for a few prints of this from a guy who was in these storage units with no tornado shelter.

Follow Joseph Mid July explosion! A rare cold front cleared the Florida panhandle and all along the front storm after storm exploded offshore of Panama City, Florida. I spent 5 hrs shooting continuing thunderstorms till the sun rose!
