Follow James So, i decided to spend some time on a lightning stack for the Seldon, KS storm from last week (5th June 2015). Took me over an hour to create. The lightning in this storm was absolutely INSANE and to date i have never caught so many bolts from an LP Supercell. So here is the stack that i did. 10 images in all using a single base image of the Supercell so as to limit the ghosting effect that usually occurs with the stacking process. Needless to say im THRILLED with the outcome. Enjoy

Follow Joseph June 8 I had to let my storm chasing dog Lucky go after fighting cancer for 2.5 months. Feeling horrible the 3 days after each had some amazing storms. The third day of storms (yesterday) will be a day I will never forget. In the storms we chased so much (8.5 yrs of his 9.5 yr life) I saw a funnel cloud coming down in the shape of Lucky’s tail! If you knew him his tail was his trademark. He would wag it in a circle like a propeller on a plane. This brought me peace cause its a sign he made it and the storm days of storms after he died were to help cheer me up. RIP Lucky Dog…I will never forget you!
