This is a photo I took a couple of months ago on April 27 this year up in the tropical region of QLD, Australia in a town called Weipa. Fishing is the biggest industry by far in this town… and as you can see, some people here will even choose fishing over potential danger when there’s a storm coming!

Approaching the tornadic storm near Woonsocket, SD on 6-18-14…the trunk would eventually reach EF4 status and the rope funnel would dissipate. We took this dirt road due north until we were a couple hundred yards from it.
