Follow Andy Discrete Thunderstorm - SE/QLD Australia. One of my favorite captures this storm season with this image a royal dumping of golf ball sized hail adjacent the town of Killarney, Queensland on December 11th last year. This storm was lightning active at the time and severe warned for large hail and damaging winds. Unfortunately I missed all of the infrequent clear-air lightning but it still looked very cool with the rainbow in behind the storm. The sunshine from behind illuminated the hail shaft perfectly. Follow Bobby Today’s Sunset at Peak Crossing in Queensland Australia was blocked by a slow moving and weak thunderstorm. It made for a really cool affect as the sun pushed through the rain core and lit it all up golden.#6 Nathan Moore (176 Likes)
Follow Nathan June 4th, Western Kansas. This sucker was a beast with some of the most incredible lightning I have ever seen.
