Classic supercell thunderstorm near Freiburg (Germany) along the France/German border on May 13th 2015. This supercell managed to produce an EF-2 tornado about 15 miles east of us. We had to give up following this cell when we were trapped in its hail core with 1.5″ hail. One of the best supercells I’ve ever captured while chasing in Western Europe!
