Follow Martin The Green Heart of the Storm Here it comes ! The Hailstorm from 2013, one of the largest in History. On 28 July, a supercell formed upstream of the Black Forest Mountains and moved almost parallel over the Swabian Jura and Bavaria. Hail with diameters of up to 8 cm fell over a heavily populated region between the cities of Reutlingen and Tübingen. In this area, exposed assets are extremely high, which partly explain the high total loss. Approximately 100,000 buildings and 50,000 automobiles, over hundred People where injured — in Metzingen.

Lenticular clouds, also known as flying saucer clouds, created a beautiful sunset over Lyons, Colorado. There were little space ships hovering all over our town. Picture taken just east of our cliff in Lyons. PS: Had to repost because I posted 2 pics in the previous post. I didn’t realize I can only post 1 pic per day. My apologies.
