IMO tours = a great way for newcomers to safely experience storms and learn the ins and outs of responsible chasing.

Follow Adam October seems to be a favored month in Michigan for Rainbows. I had an amazing one on Oct 14th 2012 and then a year later on Oct 6th 2013 there was this spectacular rainbow in Spring Arbor MI.

Follow Susan Another shot from eastern Arizona in July, 2013 during monsoon season. ISO 100, f/8, 5 sec. All strikes came in a single shot. Love it when the lightning creates perfect composition on its own. I didn’t even have to crop this at all!

These were my first successful lightning shots ever and prompted my search for an upgrade from my Nikon D3000. 7-image stack Nikon D3000 ISO 400 f/8 2 seconds.
