Another one from May 26 2013 near Arcadia NE. This spectacular LP supercell had some of the most impressive structure and vivid lightning I’ve ever seen! I loved the blue/purple colors as the lightning flashed through the fading twilight.

The most incredible lightning storm I have ever chased on the 28th October 2014. I’m not much of a fan for stacks but did this to show the power of this storm. Taken between Clermont and Moranbah in Qld, Australia. This storm was throwing constant CG’s every few seconds. This is a stack of 10 images. Bases on this day were at 8000ft after temperatures of 40C during the day.

Not many times you get “twins” from the same mesocyclone. From during the May 5, 2007 High Risk Outbreak in KS (day after Greensburg). This tornado was only about 17 miles from Greensburg. Had to brave some crazy dirt roads (nothing for the Jeep Cherokee 4×4) for this shot and you will be hard pressed to find any other photos of this tornadoes.
