Electric violin… May 23rd, 2013 in a hotel room in Lubbock TX, I was practicing on my ( non-electric ) violin while there was a thunderstorm producing quite some lightning… so I put up the videocam, hoping to catch a video-still of me playing violin with some lightning in the background. I like this inparticular because it almost looks like the lightning comes out of the instrument. Originally shot in FHD 1080p, this videostill is cropped for even larger wide-screen drama. For the record, I was playing a few notes from the soundtrack of ‘Last of the Mohicans’… but I’m really not a good violinist
