-1 Minute in Mesa. Taken last Saturday when a crazy storm hit the Phoenix area. Lightning, severe showers, microbursts, and 50 mile per hour winds. My cameras got knocked over a couple of times (I caught them). EXIF: Blend of two 30 second shots taken one right after the other, F8, ISO 200.

This was one of the greatest storm sunsets I’ve seen and was complete with plenty of close CG lightning - Colorado at its stormy best! June 11th 2006.

“Cumulus Ceiling” ….interesting view of the back side of a line of convection that moved through South Dakota a couple weeks ago…one of the lowest storm bases I have ever seen without a wall cloud.
