Something different from me for today:
This picture was taken in eastern Germany this July and shows one of the better moments of 2015 with a dying mesocyclone in absolutely incredible light of the setting sun. What a day..

Would you like some red dust with that? Ironically, this powerful dusty storm hit the town of Brownfield, Texas on June 13th 2015. It also produced large hail, large dust-filled gustnadoes and a possible tornado. WithMarko Korošec.

This was shot at Currumbin last summer where in the space of half an hour, the weather went from clear skies, to a storm that looked nasty, and then back to clear skies!! I got shots of all and they look like completely different days!! Was really cool.

Using nothing more than early morning sun and a strong back lit yellow on the Sugar Maple to the right from the Sugar Maple next to it I give you my view on a pure Michigan fall morning today.

I will never forget the 5th of June 2015, it was such an impressive chasing day! It all began with an incredible cell near the Belgian city of Mons. Here you can see the anvil with really huge mammatus clouds, the flanking line on the left hand site and the shelf cloud right above the ground.
