Follow Brad I’ve previously posted another crawler pic from this storm but having just processed this one, I thought it was too good not to share! Just one of many epic crawlers from the most incredible crawler display I’ve ever seen. The sun hadn’t even set on a somewhat frustrating day in extreme south west Texas when the anvil from a weakening supercell near Dryden, Texas became the main event. Finally going to look into printing some of my images. Never have printed or attempted to sell to the public. Gonna be interesting. This is the first I’m sending for a test print. Not sure I’m really super happy with it, but I guess I need to get some samples in and go from there. This was taken in 2013, Sunshine Skyway Bridge in the southern part of Tampa Bay. Actually, after this strike (and yes, you could here the static on things like an adjacent sign), this 7D started acting up and stopped working for over a month. Amazingly, it repaired itself somehow. It has been dubbed the Zombie camera (it has died and resurrected three times now). This was shot with the kit 28-135 EFS lens before I upgraded to the L series. Man…I wish I had the 17mm on this one. Original is slightly wider (this is sized for 8×10).
