Another shot of mammatus clouds in front of a severe Bowecho on June 9th 2014. This storm system caused widespread severe windgusts up to 100mph and insured damage of 650 Million Euros. The shot was taken approximately 1 hour before the Gustfront arrived.

A surprise storm hit Northern NSW, Australia this afternoon. I ended up checking the radar and thought this could be interesting, so I packed the car in and away I went.. well the thing ended up chasing me 30km down the road where I decided to wave goodbye till next time.

Chased the prior storm from Somerville, MA (NW of Downtown Boston) to the Harbor by subway. It eluded me. However, within 45 minutes a new one formed and gave me this show, along with occasional lightning. July 2013. It was awe inspiring!
